Sanchez and Abinader alientan the inversion in RD more all of tourism

The Governor of the Spanish Government, Pedro Sanchez, and the President of the Dominican Republic, Luis Abinader, coincide with this month in aligning the Spanish inversion with the Caribbean country in other sectors distinct from tourism.

Sanchez and Abinader were reunited at the Gobierno presidency in Madrid on the grounds of a visit to the Dominican president’s Spain, in advance of his participation in the XXVIII Iberoamerican Cumbre.

During the meeting, both representatives showed interest in stimulating the economic and commercial dimension of the relationship between the two countries and, in particular, by aligning the Spanish inversion, according to the Spanish Government.

But the objective is that, in addition to tourism, it is invested in other sectors such as the manufacturer, healthcare, education or services.

This visit is the second trip to the exterior of the President of the Dominican Republic, and the cargo from August 2020.

Sanchez congratulates Abinader on the good march of his National Vacation Plan, which is located in the Dominican Republic in the second place in Latin America, beyond Chile.

In this context, the transmission of Spain’s interest in logging that the vacancies are all to the citizens and destined for the efforts of Spain in order to include the donations of the European Union including the Latin American budget, specifically linked to the pandemic.

The President of the Spanish Executive has been assimilating the work carried out by the Spanish Cooperation on visits to reorient the plantations due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

With a view to his visit to Spain, Abinader, in an interview with the President of Agencia Efe, Gabriela Cañas, advances that the Andorra summit will bring solidarity between countries to combat the pandemic and its consequences at the economic level and social, above all in less developed regions.

This is a meeting of Sanchez with Abinader, the Spanish government recorded that Spain has a new market of Cooperation 2019-2022 with which it hopes to support the new Dominican government in the efforts for an inclusive and sustainable development.

Sustainable economic recovery will be the result of the Ibero-American summit that will be organized by the Dominican Republic.

In the wake of this week’s Andorra summit, Spain and the Dominican Republic will hold a memorandum of understanding for political consultations with which countries may increase their support for bilateral relations.
