Police: Man seriously injured when teenagers throw cars at bricks

Police have charged four teenagers from Massachusetts, according to them, throwing bricks at moving cars and injuring a 37-year-old man with one that was through his windshield.

WORCESTER, Mass. Four teenagers threw bricks at moving cars in Massachusetts and seriously injured one man who was hit by a brick through his windshield, police said.

Police said the four teenagers – two men aged 15 and 16 and two women aged 15 and 16 – threw a total of 19 bricks in Worcester.

A 37-year-old man was taken to a hospital after a brick went through his windshield. It caused “very serious, permanent injuries”, police said.

The teens are facing charges, including aggravated assault and battery using a dangerous weapon.

The 16-year-old man was also charged with carrying a dangerous weapon after police said he was caught with copper wrist, Masslive.com reports.
