The ‘Full House’ star surrendered three weeks early, in late October, to begin her two-month sentence.

Lori Loughlin was released Monday from a federal prison in East Bay, about 40 miles east of San Francisco, after serving her time for her part in the 2019 admissions scandal.

The Voltal star surrendered three weeks early, in late October, to begin her two-month sentence. The disgraceful actress was ordered to report no later than November 19th. She is also ordered to undergo two years of supervised release, during which she must complete 100 hours of community service. She was also ordered to pay a $ 150,000 fine.

In August, Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, were both sentenced to prison. Giannulli, currently incarcerated, was sentenced to five months in prison and two years’ release under supervision, during which he must complete 250 hours of community service. He was also ordered to pay a $ 250,000 fine.

The Hollywood couple initially pleaded not guilty when they were accused of paying $ 500,000 to get both their daughters into the University of Southern California on false pretenses. Challenging the charges, the pair will be tried in October. In May, however, they reversed course and pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy to bring about a deal. Loughlin, 56, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud. Giannulli, 57, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud and email services fraud.

Through the agreement, prosecutors agreed to dismiss the customized charges of money laundering and bribery of federal programs.
