Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi spends Valentine’s Day in isolation after testing positive for COVID-19.

Sunday the former sweater beach star announced her diagnosis to fans on social media.

“Happy Valentine’s Day! It’s a little different,” the 33-year-old mother of three wrote.

‘I have COVID. I’ve been isolated in my room ever since I found out. My family and I were very careful and cautious, so it’s scary. ”

Polizzi reported her symptoms, which she said were first presented as “just a bad sinus cold”, complete with “headaches, stuffy noses and mild coughs.” The reality star decided to get tested for the coronavirus after he started feeling ‘super tired’.

She added that her family tested negative for the virus, “so I hide here in my bedroom until it’s over.”

Although Polizzi has told fans that she currently feels “groggy” and has lost her sense of taste and smell, her sense of humor remains intact. She lamented the fact that she could not taste a damn thing ‘when she ate cheese pizza on Saturday, saying:’ WHAT A SIN ‘.

She also took some courage on Valentine’s Day. Her message includes a selfie of her clinging to a bouquet of red and white roses, revealing that she was thrown on the floor with chocolates and a festive balloon in honor of the holiday.

“Still show my love for quarantine donkeys on Valentine’s Day!” she shouted.

She ended the message by telling followers that she was ‘OK’ and urging them to ‘please stay safe’.

Polizzi’s Jersey Shore friends were among those who responded to her news.

“Can I throw chocolate in your window?” asks good friend Jenni “JWoww” Farley.

‘Thank you for speaking your truth. You will not be silenced, ”Vinny Guadagnino remarked, while Lauren Sorrentino, wife of Mike” The Situation “Sorrentino, told Polizzi to” feel better. “

Polizzi shared more about her symptoms – which she initially tried to treat with cold medicines like VapoRub, which she says can no longer smell – in her Instagram Stories.

“I feel like I’ve run a marathon, but I’m OK,” she wore a face mask in bed. “I think the worst thing is not being able to taste it now.”

She added that she ‘adheres to the rules’ to protect her husband and children.

“I’m staying away from my family and we’re all going to be self-quarantined until it’s over,” she told supporters.
