Hija de el Mencho se declara punishable and EE.UU. of drugs with narcotics

Mexico City, Mexico

Jessica Oseguera González, the most drug-addicted victim of the United States and Mexico, Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, aka Mencho, declared these four guilty parties of financing financial relations with the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG progeny).

The Department of Justice of the EE.UU. informed in a statement that the woman, 34 years old and with double Mexican nationality, was found guilty of “deliberately participating in financial transactions” with six Mexican companies sanctioned by Washington for supporting material to the CJNG.

“The declaration of culpability is the result of our incessant compromise in order to discuss and dismantle all aspects of the CJNG organization,” said Special Agent Bill Bodner, of the Los Angeles Anti-Drugs Division of the EE.UU. (DEA, por sus siglas en Engels).

Judicial documents signal that the accusation was due to two of the sanctioned companies, J&P Advertising SA in JJGON, as the director or agent of other Mexican companies designed by Washington, Las Flores Cabanas, Mizu Sushi Lounge, Tequila Onze Blackos and Operadora Losze Blackos SA

Impunity sanctions

According to EE.UU., the detainee continues to be two years old, agent or director of these companies through the sanctions imposed by the Governor-General.

It is hoped that the sentence in this case will be handed down by June 11, and the taxpayer will face a maximum of 30 years in prison.

My past, Oseguera González was detained in Washington, D.C., intending to see her husband Rubén Oseguera González, known as the Menchito, after having been extradited the week before in Mexico, in a trial of state capital.

From 2018, the CJNG will appear on the list of Washington’s transnational criminal organizations, specifically within the five priorities of the Governorate. EFE
