Genshin Impact Exploit found in hypostatic symphony event

Exploitation of Genshin Impact

Players of the free play miHoYo title, Genshin Impact, discovered an exploitation that could be an unintended benefit to the newly introduced hypostatic symphony event thanks to the design of the boss encounters. [Thanks, GameRant!]

In the new gathering, players are faced with variations of the game’s hypothetical enemy. One such variation is the Violet Lightning Concerto, which counteracts electrical damage against ACE electrical damage and can be confronted in both single-player and collaborative modes. At the beginning of the battle, player characters automatically allow their health bars and Elemental Burst meters are filled to the maximum. This bonus also applies to other hypostatic symphony challenges. While this effect can help players against the event monsters, it does not prevent them from leaving the encounter simply through the interrupt menu.

With a fast and effortless method of reloading these resources, players should be able to perform other tasks in the game more efficiently. It is not clear if the developers will do anything to reduce these benefits beyond the event-specific battles, but even if that is not the case, the Hypostatic Symphony event will still end on January 31, 2021.

Rewards for the continuous hypostatic symphony include a hypostasis name card and Primogems.

Genshin Impact is available for PlayStation 4, PC, Stadiums and mobile devices. A version for the Nintendo Switch is currently being developed. A recent update of the game added a new story task along with a new banner featuring Ganyu and Xiangling.
