However, the photo actually shows how Khan received the flu infection, and was taken just before he was injected.

In the photo, a health worker can hold the syringe – with a cap on the needle – over Khan’s arm.

But the photo, originally posted on Khan’s Twitter, shows him being vaccinated for flu, not COVID-19 (here).
“The mayor received his flu vaccination from a local pharmacist in September,” a spokesman for the mayor of London told Reuters in an email.
“This photo was taken just before he received the injection, so the cap is still on the needle.”

VERDICT
Untrue. The photo does not show that Khan received the COVID-19 vaccine, but the flu. The cap was on the needle because it was taken before it was injected.
