Houston Texans full-back Deshaun Watson is charged with more assault because a second civil case was filed against the NFL player on Wednesday.
Tony Buzbee, the lawyer for the women who accuse Watson of the misconduct, revealed in an Instagram post that more cases are being filed against Watson.
“I, my co-worker, Cornelia, will file the second of four cases against Deshaun Watson on behalf of women today. The cases allege assault. We do not share the alleged details here, and we will not hear the case. “But the issues are being made public for all to see. I appreciate the calls of support we have received from those who support these brave women,” Buzbee wrote on Instagram.

Two lawsuits have previously been filed in Harris County, Texas – one filed Tuesday and the other Wednesday.

In the case that was filed Tuesday, the woman only identified as Jane Doe who outlined Watson and asked to give him a massage for relaxation rather than a sports massage. She has made an effort to grow her local business, although she does not specialize in such massages. According to the case, the two planned the massage on March 30, 2020 at Jane Doe’s home.
Watson allegedly “started aggressively dictating how he wanted the massage to be performed” when the session began. Jane Doe claims that Watson told her to just “use her hands” and “repeatedly said he wanted her to focus on his groin area.”

Jane Doe claims that Watson’s alleged comments made her feel ‘extremely uncomfortable’.

While he allegedly complained that she was not massaging him the way he wanted, the lawsuit Watson says ‘deliberately exposed the tip of his penis under the towel’ and was ‘upright’.

In the second lawsuit, which was filed Wednesday, the woman also identified as Jane Doe and claims Watson flew her from Atlanta to Houston to do the massage on August 28, 2020.
At the hotel where the massage took place, the case states: “Watson immediately became completely naked and climbed onto the massage table with his penis exposed” and when asked to cover up, Watson refused. Jane Doe claims Watson diverted her to his anus during the massage, which made her uncomfortable. She claims she kept doing the massage because she is single and needs the business and money.
The woman also claims that Watson sent her to his genitals during the massage and claims that he ‘grabbed her hand’ when she pulled away. She then told him she should suddenly go back to Atlanta and leave the hotel. Watson allegedly paid only half of her debt, but she did not reach the other half. The quarterback reportedly issued ‘months later’ when he was in Atlanta, but Jane Doe did not respond.
In both lawsuits, Watson is accused of civil assault.
Watson responded to the first lawsuit, which came to light late Tuesday.
“As a result of a message on social media by an advertising plaintiff’s attorney, I recently took note of a lawsuit that was apparently filed against me,” Watson wrote on Twitter. “I have not seen the complaint yet, but I know it: I have never treated any woman with anything but the utmost respect.”
The Texans said they were “aware” of the first civil lawsuit.

“We were involved in a civil case last night in which Deshaun Watson was involved,” the team said via the NFL network. “This is the first time we’re hearing about the case, and we hope to learn more soon. We’re taking allegations of this nature involving someone with the Houston Texans organization seriously. We will wait for further information. before making any further statements about this incident. “
The NFL declined to comment, according to Pro Football Talk.
