‘Cyberpunk 2077’ players discover the cut railway system

Two weeks after its release, a Cyberpunk 2077 player discovered a feature that was apparently cut from the game.

Reddit user Sybekul shared a video in which they discovered what appears to be a railroad system for the game that was cut before the game was released. Although the game currently contains trains, the feature cannot actually be used by players.

The section shows how the Sybekul train tracks follow to a large train station that enters, although incomplete, with missing floors, ceiling, walls and other textures. It is currently unclear whether the feature was cut to meet the game deadline or that it was intentionally left incomplete to make the universe of the game look more realistic.

it looks like they were going to have a fully functioning train system but could not complete it in time! of cyberpunkgame

Earlier this year, before the release of Cyberpunk 2077, CD Project RED, developer, announced that the wall mechanic will be cut “due to design reasons”.

Following the turbulent release of the game – which has been plagued by game-breakers, crashes and low-resolution graphics on the PS4 and Xbox One – a lawsuit has been filed against the Polish developer.

In a press release, obtained by BusinessWire, called the Rosen law firm Cyberpunk 2077 “Virtually unplayable on current generation Xbox or PlayStation systems due to a huge number of bugs”.

The press release also states that ‘accused’s statements about his cases, operations and prospects were materially false and misleading and / or had a reasonable basis at all times’.

CDPR planned two major updates for the game, which would appear in January and February. The developer also released a fix last week that removed the 8MB file limit on PCs, and included improvements to memory management and stability for consoles.
