A woman in Pennsylvania allegedly created profound images of members of high school gym to bully them on the internet

According to the charge against her, Raffaela Spone is charged with three counts of cyber harassment of a child and three counts of harassment, both offenses.

Raffaella Spone is seen in a booking photo provided by the Bucks County Attorneys' Office.
Spone allegedly bullied at least three girls who were members of the Doylestown Victory Vipers cheerleading gym during the summer, creating fake images that made the girls appear ‘naked, drinking alcohol or’ vaping ‘, and sent texts of telephone numbers purchased online. insisting a girl to ‘kill yourself’, according to the complaint.

In December, a warrant was issued for an IP address linked to the account used to buy the numbers, which led police to Spone’s home, according to a statement attached to the charge.

Robert Birch, Spone’s lawyer, told CNN that he did not see the evidence against his client, even though he requested it two weeks ago. The complaint was lodged on 3 March.

“I can not comment on the evidence because I have not seen anything. We absolutely intend to defend it and aggressively strive to clear her name in this,” Birch said.

Spone’s daughter used to be a member of the same cheerleading team as the girls who were allegedly harassed, but according to Birch, the daughter left in 2019.

Spone is expected to appear in court on March 30, according to her attorney and the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office.

The cheerleading gym did not respond to CNN’s requests for comment.
