The President of the Republic of Luís Abinader arrived on Monday in Madrid, Spain during a visit of two days, to continue in Andorra where he participated in the Seventh-day Iberoamerican Vigésima to celebrate the Martyrs’ Day and Wednesday of the next week.
In the meantime, the Mandate has announced its first meeting with the President of Spain, Felipe Gonzalez.

The mandate arrived at the airport Adolfo Suárez, at 10:40 a.m. (Spanish time), accompanied by Dominican Chancellor Roberto Álvarez and ProDominican director Biviana Riveiro.
Also in charge of his security, Mayor Celín Rubio, his assistants Lourdes Herrera and Eilyn Beltrán.
Abinader was received by a mission of the Spanish governor and the Dominican ambassadors Juan Bolívar Díaz (Spain) in Aníbal de Castro ante the World Tourism Organization (OMT), and the Spain in the Dominican Republic, Alejandro Abellan.
