Dil Raju is a successful distributor and producer in the film industry. With Vakeel Saab, he realized his long dream of working with Powerstar Pawan Kalyan. It was his decision to recreate Pink along with Pawan Kalyan and he is the happiest of all in the team. On Saturday, the producer met the media to confirm his next film with Venu Sriram. Dil Raju officially revealed that Allu Arjun will appear in his banner in his next film with Venu Sriram. Titled ICON, the film’s announcement came back a long time ago. During the media interaction, Dil Raju made a comment about Allu Arjun’s new tag, ICON star, which is going viral on the internet.
During Pushpa’s teaser launch event, Allu Arjun revealed that he won Stylish Star Award with Sukumar’s Arya. Dil Raju produced the film. Allu Arjun shared his happiness to again acquire the new ICON star with Sukumar’s film. In the media interaction today, one of the journalists asked Dil Raju if he had given the label ICON star to Allu Arjun.
Since their film is titled ICON, the media believe that the producer would have made the decision. But the producer said strangely: “Adhi aayana pettukundi andi, manam pettukundi kadu (he chose it for himself and I did not give the label.)”
Surprisingly, the video goes viral on the internet. Some believe that Dil Raju could have responded to the question a little differently. The star producer who says that Allu Arjun chose the label for himself sounds a bit strange and the fans are disappointed with it.
Allu Arjun will start shooting for Pushpa as soon as he turns Pushpa in Sukumar’s direction. Rashmika Mandanna plays the leading lady in the film. Mythri Movie Makers produced the movie. Pushpa will appear on the screens on August 13, 2021.
