Eddie Murphy reveals he is ‘the most comfortable he ever was’ at 60 in an interview with Oprah for Apple TV +
He returned to the spotlight with Coming 2 America which aired on Amazon Prime in March and on April 3 he celebrates his 60th birthday.
And Eddie Murphy says life can not be better than now.
“I’m the most comfortable in my skin,” the Hollywood star told Oprah Winfrey in Apple TV +’s call The Oprah Conversation.

Murphy explained: ‘I feel good and optimistic and completely comfortable in Eddie. I was always comfortable in my skin, but not like now. ‘
In her conversation with Murphy, Oprah talks to him about his decades of success in Hollywood and his return to stand-up comedy.
The award-winning comedian was 19 when he joined the cast of Saturday Night Live and at 21 he will star in the film 48 Hours followed by Trading Places the following year.
His other hits included the Beverly Hills Cop franchise, the comedy The Nutty Professor and his role as Donkey’s voice in the Shrek series of animated films.
In 2007, Murphy was nominated for Best Academy Award for Supporting Actors for Dreamgirls.

Murphy also reflects on what he loves most about being a father and grandfather.
In a preview for Friday’s episode of The Oprah Conversation, Winfrey plays Murphy because he apparently never changed a diaper in his life, even though he was the father of ten children.
“I bought a lot of diapers,” the funny man said in response.

Last month, Murphy revealed how proud he is of his children, who range from two to 31 years old.
“I’m so blessed with my kids,” he said on Marc Maron’s WTF podcast.
‘I do not have one bad seed. I do not like ‘Oh, you’re the one’. I have none of it. My kids are such wonderful, normal people, and no one is like the Hollywood jerk. ‘
The actor added: ‘My kids are smart and try to do things. I am blessed with my children. I really became very happy. ‘
