According to Dave Meltzer, some WWE Superstars have decided to lock themselves in the week leading up to WrestleMania. This is to make 100% sure that they run no risk of catching the virus.
As for the WWE quarantine rules for this week. The company has not set any mandate. There are people who quarantine themselves this week by choice because no one wants to test positive.
This is a good sign that some superstars are taking the COVID-19 pandemic seriously. Many of them have remained somewhat in quarantine anyway, but things are always special around the WrestleMania season.
