Xbox software beta testers in the Insider app can pop up a new button in their user interface while downloading games, apps, and updates. Players have been complaining for years that downloading a long road to a crawl while games are suspended, and the only way to get it anywhere near full speed possible, was to manually close any suspended titles.
Then the Xbox Series X introduced Quick Resume, which made it easier and faster to restart in games, but still had the same effect of slowing down the downloads sometimes. Xbox output explain that the system managed resources to make sure multiplayer games had the bandwidth they needed, but the approach was still too aggressive in most cases.
With many games now exceeding 100 GB in size and updates that can be nearly as large in themselves, this is a real problem, but the Xbox team is close to addressing it. As described in this tweet, the “suspend my game suspend” button keeps your game ready to resume / resume quickly, while also unlocking enough horsepower from your Xbox to control speed downloads.
Hi Xbox Insiders! Have you noticed that these changes are starting now? If you get suspended in the queue, you can download at full speed while making sure your game keeps resuming (or can be resumed quickly in Series X | S). New banners in the complete library will take you to more useful categories! pic.twitter.com/L49winRpM0

At the moment, the feature is still being tested with Insiders, but will likely eventually roll out widely. One thing that is open to everyone is the ability to access your achievements through the Xbox app. It was mentioned in the notes for the March update and is active from today.
