Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez said it ended after a two-year engagement.
And while the former couple may be relieved, they do not have to deal with a divorce agreement – as they never completely walked down the aisle – there is still the $ 32.5 million Miami Beach road they bought together last summer .
The ex bought the home on August 19 under the property of the limited liability company Fleetwood Star Holdings, Florida.
The Post contacted their representatives for comment.

The waterfront home is located on the luxurious Star Island and has 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.
Lopez, 51, and Rodriguez, 45, were expected to get married in early 2020, but the coronavirus pandemic brought these plans to a halt. Instead, they bought a mega-mansion in quarantine.
Property records also show that Lopez and Rodriguez recently updated and refurbished the property, which was built in 1993.
Outside highlights include a pool with a jacuzzi, a cabana bath, a covered bar and a private, 100-foot wooden dock and access to the Atlantic Ocean.

The estate covers more than 14,000 square feet and features an industrial-style kitchen, a private dock and panoramic views of the Biscayne Bay and Miami skyline.
Other amenities on the property include a lift and a lounge that opens onto the private formal dining room, a library and denarea, wine room and a wonderful room leading to the pool area.
The master bedroom on the second floor has a lounge, office and two large terraces overlooking the bay, plus a bathroom with an expansive onyx and glass steam shower, a large walk-in closet and a custom spa bath.
The sixth drama of Rodriguez’s alleged communication with Madison LeCroy, a star of Southern Charm, led to their breakup.

The former Yankee was linked with the reality star in January.
After the reunion special for Bravo’s ‘Southern Charm’, Twitter speculated angrily about allegations of infidelity with a ‘former MLB star’ and member LeCroy.
Then LeCroy, 30, revealed that she had FaceTiming with Rodriguez, but insists they did not meet in person.
“He never physically cheated on his fiancée with me,” LeCroy told Page Six in February.
Apparently Lopez just could not overlook the allegations and she was ‘really embarrassed’.
