The accused’s driver’s license was suspended, appeared in a car for the court

Earlier this week, I posted a video of Judge Jeffrey Middleton’s YouTube court hearings. It turns out he has more entertaining videos.

Here’s one in which an arrogant young gentleman with a suspended license and a ton of unpaid fines is called out because he was in the driver’s seat of a car to hear. Judge Middleton does not take well the fact that he is wearing a cap during the trial. The judge becomes frustrated with the attitude of the accused and finally gives him a choice: “Do you want to pay your damn fine or do you want to go to jail?” When the man continues a tude, the judge threatens to increase his sentence from 35 days to 90 days. Eventually, the judge easily let him go and put him on a paycheck and seven days in jail.
