Of particular focus is Courage Bagels, the newcomer to Virgil Village that has drawn massive long lines since its first opening in October 2020. Go to the burnt everything if you would like to lick your fingers and pick up the crispiest, brownest onion pieces. and garlic that inevitably shakes a bagel in motion, ”says Rao of Courage’s bagels in the story.
