Tamar Braxton no longer has to distance herself from her ex-boyfriend … because we have heard that his objection has been resolved after neither of the two appeared in court.
Not Tamar or the singer’s ex, David Adefeso, appeared before their court on Tuesday on the matter, and the judge dismissed the case and dismissed the restraining order.
We broke the story … Adefeso applied for a restriction on domestic violence against Tamar in September and was temporarily granted one. David claims Tamar attacked him while driving his car and threatened to kill him.
Tamar denies the allegations next month on ‘The Tamron Hall Show’.
As you will remember … David was the one who called 911 last summer when he went out with Tamar and reported her alleged suicide attempt. He claimed at the time her WeTV beef was the reason she wanted to kill herself.
Why neither Tamar nor David appeared in court … it is unclear, but we are told that they did not reconcile.
