Yale student Kevin Jiang’s murder: Connecticut police warrant arrest warrant, suspected in general

New Haven police have obtained an arrest warrant in connection with the fatal shooting of Kevin Jiang, a graduate student at Yale University, police confirmed to Fox News on Saturday.

New Haven police have obtained an arrest warrant charging Qinxuan Pan with murder, Capt. Anthony Duff told Fox News, adding that Pan remains at large.

Jiang, 26, was shot several times and found outside his car in New Haven Street on Feb. 7. Authorities immediately believed that Jiang was possibly targeted and that his murder was not random.
