Jacob Anthony Chansley was forced to “reconcile” his shamanic belief in Donald Trump after the former president rejected his pardon in order to pardon only personal colleagues and friends, such as Lil ‘Wayne.
In a motion for release before the trial that begins with an incorrect award to Mark Twain, lawyers say the so-called QAnon shaman is a work that is ‘self-analyzing’ that dedicates his life to art, writing and work with children. .
“A lie can travel halfway through the world while the truth puts on its shoes,” the motion began, writing a quote to Mr. Twain which probably originated centuries before with the thanks of satirist Jonathan Swift.
The motion for release before the trial, which was filed in the U.S. District Court, said Chansley was “very grateful” for the efforts to satisfy his nutritional needs, following his hunger strike until he received organic food.
“It is said, and without exploiting the efforts of authorities in this regard, the accused experienced important digestive tract for which medical consultation was requested,” the motion reads.
Attorney Albert Watkins writes in the motion that Attorney Chansley reached out to former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows to confirm a request for presidential pardon after his arrest.
“After the accused noticed that former President Trump had forgiven his friends and colleagues and Lil ‘Wayne, the accused was forced to reconcile his previous belief in former President Trump with the actions and words of former President Trump,” the motion reads.
Mr. Chansley offered to testify against the former president during the indictment, saying he was one of the individuals incited by Trump’s actions and speech at The Ellipse on January 6.
The prosecution managers of the Democratic House did not accept the offer.
The motion provides further insight into Mr. Chansley, his shamanistic faith, and his profession as a published writer and artist, and lives according to the principle of Ahimsa, which promotes a life that does not harm any living being.

Lawyers also said that Chansley has been detained since he was arrested for the demands of Covid-19, and that his shamanic conviction prevents him from taking any vaccinations.
They said the vaccination-versus-vaccination system was a problem while serving in the USS Kittyhawk for two years until his service was cut short because he refused to take an anthrax vaccine.
“The defendant hereby confirms that his current self-analysis is a work in progress, which has led to the conclusion that he [has] no interest in handling and tackling all political matters, ”reads the motion.
