Cocaine-soaked grain disguised as ripe wheat flakes seized by federal authorities in Cincinnati, Ohio

CINCINNATI, Ohio – A US customs drug dog has warned authorities about a consignment of breakfast cereal covered in cocaine instead of sugar.

Federal authorities seized £ 44. of cocaine disguised as sugar on ripe flakes of wheat last Saturday in Cincinnati.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents said it had a street value of $ 2.8 million.

The cargo originated in Peru and was on its way to a private residence in Hong Kong before being seized by US authorities.
