Larry King’s estranged widow, Shawn King, has filed a lawsuit over the star’s recently revealed secret will.
Last week, King’s short will was leaked, stating that he wanted his $ 2 million estate to be divided among his children. The document mentions his two children who are now deceased among the beneficiaries.
In the document, which was compiled shortly after King filed for divorce from Shawn, his estranged wife is not mentioned.
Shawn, 61, recently told Page Six that she plans to dispute the will in court, as she and her husband have already drawn up a plan that is not reflected in the will.

In court papers filed by Shawn on Tuesday, she opposed the ‘alleged holographic will’ as well as ‘the Ex Parte petition of Larry King, Jr. … for letters of special administration’.
The documents allege that while the divorce proceedings between the broadcasting legend and Shawn were “pending”, he gave no indication that he actually wanted to divorce (other than the initial filing of the petition for dissolution.)
The documents further state that Shawn and King are attending counseling, and “reconciliation remains possible until Larry’s health conditions make it impractical.”
The two were married in 1997. They filed for divorce in 2010 before being reconciled. He again filed for divorce in 2019.
“Shawn is the person with the most knowledge of Larry’s business, assets and desires,” the case said.
King has three remaining children – Larry King Jr. (59), Chance (21) and Cannon (20) – he shared Chance and Cannon with Shawn while his children Chaia and Andy both passed away last year.

In the case, it is alleged that Larry King Jr. until Larry was unknown [he] was well into his thirties ”and that King Jr. ‘s mother and Larry are apart before the child is born.
King Jr. “has never been involved in Larry’s career or business, and it would be highly inappropriate to place him in the position of Larry’s estate,” the doctors said.
The case alleges that the claim of the new, handwritten will that it “should replace all previous writings” is not sufficient to revoke the previous will. “
In the case, a alleged ‘secret account’ in King’s possession was also mentioned, whereby he would ‘without the knowledge of Shawn’ make gifts to various individuals from common property. ‘

The documents claim that King King Jr. donated more than $ 266,000 between January 1, 2013 and July 31, 2018. Shawn claims he has the right to “declare and recover the gifts” between 50-100% of the value of the gifts.
