Xbox Wireless Headset: Microsoft’s new headset launches on March 16 for $ 99

Microsoft launches a new $ 99 wireless Xbox headset next month. It’s the first Xbox wireless headset since the Xbox 360 days, and it’s designed to connect via Xbox One and Xbox Series X / S consoles, computers, and mobile devices.

The Xbox Wireless Headset design enhances almost every aspect of the basic Xbox One Stereo and wired chat headsets currently available. Microsoft has relied on working with the Surface headphones to add similar rotating knobs that allow you to adjust the volume and game / sound chat balance.

This new Xbox Wireless headphone is also designed to fit the new Xbox Series X / S design, with a lightweight frame with large leather headphones and an adjustable cushion strap. It also supports Windows Sonic, Dolby Atmos and DTS headphones: X spatial audio technologies.

Microsoft has also worked to improve the quality of the microphone, with Xbox party chats in mind. These new headphones have dual microphones with beamforming and voice isolation to isolate background noise. You can pair the headset with your phone and Xbox at the same time, so you can listen to audio or calls from your phone while playing.

The Xbox Wireless headphones will last up to 15 hours on battery power, and with a 30-minute charge you can play for about four hours. The full cost will take about three hours. Microsoft is also updating the Xbox Accessories app to include equalizer control, bass boost, auto attenuation sensitivity, microphone monitoring, and microphone brightness brightness.

The new Xbox Wireless headphones are available worldwide from March 16 and cost $ 99. You can pre-order the headset today at the Microsoft Store and other retailers.
