Fire torn by Victory Brewing in Kennett Square, Chester County

KENNETT SQUARE, Pennsylvania (WPVI) – Emergency teams in Chester County, Pennsylvania, are investigating after a fire tore through a brewery and apartment complex above Monday night.

It happened at Victory Brewing in Kennett Square, located in the 600 block of West Cypress Street.

The Downingtown brewery operates three tapping rooms, including one in Kennett Square.

The call comes in around 6:30 pm for a fire and a loud noise.

There are flats on top of the brewery, but so far no injuries have been reported.

Chopper 6 was over the scene after firefighters worked to put out the blaze.

PECO teams are on the scene. At present, there are 55 customers without power due to the incident.

Investigators are investigating the cause of the fire.
