The couple touched on many topics, from Jlo’s countless successes in the past and how she views herself as she shows up in the show business.
“I remember going through the beginning of therapy in the late thirties, and there was a lot of talk about loving yourself and I was like ‘I love myself,'” she reflected.
“But apparently I did all these things like my personal relationships that did not seem like I loved myself, but I did not even understand the concept of it,” the out of sight actress added.
“It took time and it’s a journey and it’s still a journey for me.”

At another point came the theme of rediscovery.
“People are always like, ‘Oh, she’s reinventing herself. This is a reinvention. “I do not like that word,” Lopez said.
‘I’m not thinking of anything else, or I’m trying to mislead people into something new. It develops. ‘

“What you say and what you think, and I always tell it to my kids, becomes your reality,” reflects the In The Morning singer.
“If you say to yourself, ‘I’m going to be it or I’ll be it,’ or you say to yourself, ‘I’m a king beater,’ then you’ll be a king beater. Whatever it is, you say it to yourself and it will manifest.
“I really believe in creating our lives. Again, not only with our actions and the things we do, but also the things we think and the self-talk we give. ‘
