The 45-year-old actress, Titanic, has revealed that her 81-year-old father, Roger Winslet, received his ‘first dose’ of the vaccine, and she is relieved to know that he has some protection against the respiratory disease.
She appeared on the WTF with Marc Maron Podcast and says: ‘My dad had his vaccination, he’s 81, it feels like a big relief.

Although Kate has to wait, the star admitted that she has had dreams of getting the vaccine herself.
She explained: ‘I did dream that I would be vaccinated and that it would not work.
‘I dreamed they did the vaccination, the needle went into my arm but only half of the vial went in and they took out the needle and the liquid sprayed all over me and on the whole floor and then no one did it seems like i know how to handle it, what to do.

“They could not work if they just had to vaccinate me half a vial again, or if they just had to discount one and do the whole thing again.
“It was very anxious to make because no one knew what the protocol was and that was what I found scary.”
Meanwhile, Kate, who played in the 2011 thriller Contagion, revealed how she started preparing for the pandemic early on.
‘People thought I was crazy because I walked around [Philadelphia] “For weeks he wore a mask, went into the grocery store and wiped everything with isopropyl alcohol and wore gloves,” she told The Hollywood Reporter earlier.
