LANSING, MI – A Michigan player was one of eight players who could win $ 1 million, but there was no winner of the $ 750 million Mega Millions jackpot for the draw held on Friday, January 15th.
This means that the draw on Tuesday, January 19, will be worth $ 850 million with a cash option of $ 628.2 million. The jackpot will be the second largest jackpot in the history of the game and the third largest in American lottery history.

Mega Millions winners for January 15:
· Although there was no big prize winner, eight tickets sold matched all five white numbers drawn to win $ 1 million. These tickets have been sold in California, Florida, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio and Wisconsin. Two of the winners were sold in New Jersey.
· However, none of the players also played the Megaplier option, which would increase their profit to $ 4 million.
· In Michigan, the $ 1 million winner was the largest prize in the state.

Mega Millions drawings will be held Tuesday and Friday at 11 p.m. Five balls are drawn from a set of balls numbered 1 to 70; the Mega Ball is drawn from a set of balls numbered 1 to 25. The chance of winning the jackpot is 1 in 302 million.
Mega Millions is played in 44 states, plus the District of Columbia and the Virgin Islands. Tickets cost $ 2 each.
