Puerto Rican police have identified the person in charge of the three police officers

(CNN Español) – The Commissioner of the Police of Puerto Rico, Antonio López Figueroa, affirmed that he was a homeless man during the murder of Martes in Santurce, near San Juan, the person in charge of three police officers passed by.

López Figueroa identified the individual as David E. Rivera Batiz.
