Two police officers who are not on duty have been charged in Virginia in connection with the fatal violation of the U.S. Capitol on January 6th.

Robertson admitted to Newsweek that he and Fracker sent the photo to colleagues from the police department and posted it on his own Facebook page after it was leaked, according to the indictment.
