Recently we saw a GeForce RTX 3060 ULTRA photo leak from ASUS, today the ‘regular’ 3060 is seen on a version, again from ASUS.
That’s right, not 3060 and 3060 ULTRA. NVIDIA can position several 3060 SKUs in the market and position themselves ahead of the 3060 Ti, 3060 ULTRA and 3070. The ULTRA card uses the now known 8 nm. GA104 GPU, used in the RTX 3060 Ti and RTX 3070; but with a different shader core configuration and probably 12 GB GDDR6. The regular 3060 as shown today probably uses a GA106 Almost graphics processor and is expected to contain 3584 shadow cores. NVIDIA is expected to launch the 12GB model, and later install a 6GB version in silence. This card can be launched at the end of January or February.
Unless NVIDIA cancels some 3060 models, the series seems to be becoming very confusing to end users.

That’s right, not 3060, 3060 SUPER, but 3060 ULTRA. If this is true, NVIDIA could possibly position another 3060 SLU in the market and presumably position itself between 3060 Ti and 3070 ….
