(CNN) – Albert Roux, the renowned French chef and restaurant, who lives in the United Kingdom, murié the lunes to the age of 85 years, announced the family the mercoles in the Instagram account of his restaurant.
“Albert, together with his mistress Herman Roux, attributes the beginning of the culinary revolution of London with the opening of Le Gavroche in 1967”, said the communicator.
The Gavroche converts to the first British restaurant with Michelin stars and some of the most famous chefs of the United Kingdom work in their kitchen, including Gordon Ramsey and Marco Pierre White.
