The President-elect, Joe Biden, will announce the nomination of Juice Merrick Garland as Fiscal General, informing these various national media markets that they will have access to the transitions of the Democratic mandate.
Garland was barred by the Republican Senate when President Barack Obama was nominated as the Supreme Court Justice.
It is to be hoped that the announcement of the appointment of the General Fiscal Office to the other charges of the Department of Justice will formally be made by these judges, at a time when Biden is in the process of completing its governing cabinet which will be managed by the next four years.
The good news for the Democrats, which appears to be securing control of the Senate during the second world war in Georgia, eliminates any concern that this nomination will also be blocked by the Republicans in the Camera Alta led by Mitch McConnell.
When Trump took over the cargo, Garland’s nomination at the Supreme Court expired and regressed as his chief judge of the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. Renovation of this cargo in February 2020, but a complete set of works in this court.
