Former WWE star Erick Rowan debuts over AEW Dynamite

Broick Lee’s former teammate Erick Rowan made his All Elite Wrestling debut and in the process paid tribute to his late friend.

It all took off on this week’s issue of Dynamite on TNT.

MJF, Santana and Ortiz tackle the team of John Silver, Alex Reynolds and Hangman Page in six man matches.

The action got out of hand thanks to MJF’s deplorable antics, which included him mocking Brodie Lee’s eight-year-old son. This led to Erick Rowan intervening in the match. Silve, Reynolds and Hangman took the win and celebrated with Rowan after the clock.

Rowan holds up a plaque to honor his late friend Brodie Lee. “Goodbye for now, my brother,” it read. “See you down the road.”

As you may recall, Rowan and Brodie Lee (also known as Luke Harper) were market partners in WWE as members of The Wyatt Family. They would later become known as The Bludgeon Brothers.
