SLO County reports three more deaths related to COVID-19

San Luis Obispo County reports the deaths of three other people who tested positive for COVID-19.

Health officials say the patients were between the ages of 70 and 100 years old.

San Luis Obispo County attributed 70 deaths to COVID-19.

The province also added 68 new cases of COVID-19 over the long holiday weekend, bringing the province’s total to 9,539 confirmed cases on 28 December.

Eleven new cases were added on Friday, 28 cases were added on Saturday, 22 cases were added on Sunday and seven cases were added on Monday.

The case numbers reported by SLO County Public Health on Monday are much lower than the numbers reported on the state’s website.

For example, the state reported 245 new cases of coronavirus in San Luis Obispo County on Friday.

Official health officials say they only noticed a difference between the state and their own reporting last week, and that the state has changed its method of notifying provinces of new cases.

Local health officials say they are now reviewing new data from the state and making sure they detect and detect all new confirmed cases.

As a result, as well as a reduced test over the holiday weekend, they expect the number of cases to increase over the next few days.

Currently, 59 people with COVID-19 are hospitalized in San Luis Obispo County, including 12 patients who are in the ICU. Another 2,016 people are strong at home and according to health officials, 7,380 people have recovered.

According to California State’s online COVID 19 dashboard, there are currently 20 ICU beds available in San Luis Obispo County.

The location of 36 additional cases is investigated and another 12 are named as ‘other’, which includes communities with less than five cases. The Department of Public Health does not identify these sites.

Joint COVID-19 testing sites are currently open to the public in San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, Morro Bay, Grover Beach and Nipomo.
