1,289 additional confirmed cases, 9 deaths in 490 hospitalizations by COVID

The Department of Health has reported 1,289 confirmed cases and nine additional deaths from coronavirus, COVID-19.

Following the information published on the digital portal, the cases accumulated in the Isla Alcanzan the 107.056. In addition, there are 483 probable cases detected with the antigen test, for a total accumulated of 13,515. While serological tests show that there are 1,022 additional cases accumulating a total of 107,242.

With the new deaths reported on the day of the high, the total amount increased to 2,194. These are surges, four in the Bayamón region, two in Caguas, two in Metro and one in Arecibo. In the case of Bayamón, there are four women in 81, 59, 57 and 34 years of age, while in Caguas there is a woman and a man of 89 and 53 respectively. In the metropolitan area there is a female of 41 and a male of 68 and in the case of Arecibo there is a female of 93.

For another case, hospitalizations reported an increase in the number of people for a total of 490. Of these, 454 are adult cases and 36 are minor. Although hospitalized adult care is reflected in an intensive patient reduction of 2 adults and a minor with 92 and four respectively.

In the case of ventilated patients, adults are under 60 years of age in minor baths from 3 to 2.
